Answer: I'm not entirely sure what the exact number will be. Since it's a slow burn, it will be pretty long. Around 30-65 chapters.Story Tropes?

Answer: Although this story is under the drama genre, it doesn't revolve entirely around it. It has a lot of romance, action, etc. It also doesn't revolve solely on the main characters, but also the side characters. So you'll see the back stories, narration, & their current lives of a lot of them.

Process of creating Forbidden Affection

Is the story planned?
Answer: Yes and no, mostly no. I came up with the story idea while I was showering, then I came up with the first three chapters in my head. So, I wrote them in one week and published the story. So I've just been writing the chapters as I go along. However, some of the plot ideas I already have planned out in my head.What inspired the story?
Answer: I've always wanted to visit Spain, so I decided to add that to the story. As for the love interest, I made him to be my ideal type in a man. He does have a lot of inspiration from K-dramas like Business Proposal, Mr. Plankton etc. As for the main character, I kind of based her off of myself in some ways. (Not completely)Is the story resonated with my life/myself?
Answer: Yes, in some ways it is. I wanted to represent what it's like to grow up with immigrant parents and the many hardships that we face. I also wanted to share our Mexican culture! As for the things the characters go through, some of them resonate with my life, and others do not.
